    however ife get into production is good for trf - we have 20% free carry.....

    the value of this free carry is yet to be valued properly.

    we may get diluted from the 33% but we only make money from this if it goes to production - IFE wont over dilute anyway - they never have and still sit with less than 100 million shares. also - trf has money to participate in raising and expect that they will get involved. TRF has always underperformed and is the best entry point for participation into wilcherry hill project.

    exciting times - ife may start mining with 2 months.
