I wonder if the TH is in relation to the Sinoe Agreement under which TAW and Global Mineral Investments LLC (‘GMI’),signed a binding Heads of Agreement for an option for TAW to purchase outright the mineral exploration licence over the Sinoe license held by GMI. The terms of the agreement are outlined on the TAW website.
