Until Wednesday re Funding & Organisational changes. Hopefully for the better.

TRADING HALT
Dyesol Limited (Dyesol) (ASX: DYE) requests an immediate trading halt in respect of its securities in
accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Dyesol provides the following information:
1. Dyesol is seeking the trading halt in connection with an announcement to be made regarding
changes to funding and important organisational changes within the Company;
2. Dyesol requests that the trading halt remain in place until such time as it makes an
announcement to the market about the above matters, which Dyesol anticipates will occur
prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 29 February 2012; and
3. Dyesol is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other
information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
