Well, if Caldwell is to be believed for once - and provided that the board changes are for the better - this announcement seems very positive.
They seem to have realised (belatedly) that their funding arrangement was only sending them to the dogs.
AND they've realised that some serious management changes are needed.
If they deliver on all this, I'll be happy :-)
