But, still live in hope that someone like TATA or Pilkington is making a move because the value proposition is too good to pass up. At the current price they can get 15% of DYE for less than 5 Million. Small cheese against the cost of product development and they would know the value proposition better than anyone.

That would be a straight forward placement. If they went down a convertible note path they could get even more and bring an end to the crazy downward selling spiral mess that the company has inflicted on everyone.
