I can appreciate that we would want to go into a TH just before the court case is in motion as the outcome during the case may become evident quickly as the pendulum starts to favour one way or the other, but I find it odd that they would announce an ASX opening date on Tue 6th as I would be surprised if the final outcome of the case would be available by then.

1. Maybe it will be....?
2. Maybe this won't even get to court....?
