it works like this:

parties to a court case can settle it at any time. if it settles the parties simply file a one page note with the court, signed by each set of lawyers.

the minute that happens the case ends and the Judge and the parties will not have to turn up on Monday.

I expect the ann will set this out, and will either be filed after the close tonight, or early Monday. It is also highly likely that any settlement terms will be confidential.

But MNM will say very clearly that they now own 100% of Mt M.
