There does seem to be a discrepancy if you go the annual report page 53 it shows Tony had 2.671m fully paid shares at the start of the financial year and the last on market buy notice it shows only 1.2m .
The same page shows disposal of 2.22m shares which presumably is a transfer but they are not showing now as a beneficial interest on the 24th of Feb 3y notice?
