If part "D" applies, wouldn't you think that Tony would have someone already lined up to take it's place? One would have thought so anyway. So, if that was to be the case, who would have to apologize to who?? I am lost now.
On the other hand Tony could chuck a WM and go into suspension and then come up with someone willing to pay even a higher price than what was on the table before. A hell of a lot of speculations if you ask me though.
As for the comment you made in regard to the transfer of shares that both Tony and WM did, what we have to take in consideration here, is the fact that while the consideration from Tony in regard to the money value, would only amount to around the $1/2mill. dollars, the consideration in dollar value from WM entertained many many millions of dollars, and where all of them went to someone who resides in China.
Let's wait and see what will unfold. I would have to admit that it is getting more interesting by the day though.
