    deals are one thing yes they can be held up
    due to the amount of variables .
    But the botswana drill results what is holding them up so long ,is it shortage of cash-flow .
    After reading most of the more respected points of view
    I dont think the deal has fallen over .
    but this might have something to do with botswana
    the sleeping unknown !!! been tooooonquiet on the botswana front IMO
