    OK what's going on. Is this to be an announcement about a cut and drift exercise on some non recourse property financing, or something more meaningful. Not sure what is happening to the depth on the stock, my screen tells me there is a zero volume bid at 46 cents, but yet surplus bid of some 70 million units! Is this a takeover?
