What exactly are you doing on this thread?
You say that "BTR is not a company I track so i dont' know much about it", and then you go on to say that another stock is a much better play than BTR.
So, you are saying that one stock you don't currently hold, is a safer buy than another stock you don't currently hold and you know nothing about.
