Supermajor has made some valid points:
"With Mwumbwa scoping study results only weeks away,positive results would mean a CR could have been made at a much higher SP. The fact that the CR has been done now casts some doubt on the feasability of the project at this stage".
I am surprised by the capital raising at this moment. The study at this stage would be well advanced and the likely outcome known by a few withing the company/consultants.
This indicates that potentially the share price would weaken once the outcome is known. Why not do a CR on the back of a positive FS when the share price would most likely is higher.
I have indicated in previous posts my thoughts. There may be a few surprises soon that would validate the haste for capital raising.
