Well, that's a very positive way to look at it. And it does appear CCC is close to drawing another $35m. Many of the facilities though just disappear.
It is very different project, and different valuation probably as you said in the other post. I think some negative posters have probably contained the share price which might be for the best.
Maybe its a bargain based on mgts story, but this mgts story has proved a bit unreliable in the past. That's the two sides too any spec stock and you have to weight them up I guess.
