If its a strategy as you think then thats great for all SIR holders, whats wrong with getting a higher price and less dilution or better still getting all of those 60c options exercised.

Not one SIR shareholder will be having any problems, the only problems we are seeing is from non SIR holders.

Its really simple, when SIR starts trading the non holders simply need to hit the buy button and take the risk that all of have.
