HC you are spot on, its clear and obvious the company has bugger all money and were very open in there press release about a CR. Ofcourse there will be a CR soon maybe this week or in the next month. Who knows and who cares the shares will be diluted to some extent, but imo not significantly. The important thing is they are releasing hopefully good results that will see the share price rise futher. Its in Sirius interest to bolster there share price before they CR to negate the dilution of the shares as much as possible. As long as Sirius is onto something significant at the Nova deposit. A CR is non issue.
