Is the 4.7 mill a Alchemia number they issued or a analyst guess?
Does ACL know a number and if it is 4.7 why not accept the cheque bank it and reconfirm any details with a audit?
What is the query in the audit- allocation of costs - are we talking that DrR has brought them forward as a lump sum or are they ongoing?
Does ACL get a penalty payment or at least interest for the delay in time of payment?
