Agree with your analysis- we know the flip side of letting Fonda revenue being paid out is going to be the need to raise capital for HyAct. I dont think PS ever meant that ACL holders would own the same proportion in Audeo post cap raising.

Will be very interesting to see what price Audeo can attract capital and whether the demerger will have any impact on the ACL share price.

If as expected this unlocks value then Im comfortable with the dilution based on my risk profile.
