re: whats up with this trading halt? tokyo, doesn't look like it's connected to anything much of interest to long term players - meaning the SA stuff. Otherwise I think you'd have seen some price movement prior to the halt - in any case way too early for all stuff - need another lifetime maybe.
more likely to be another adventure I'd think, hope I'm wrong.
oh, and don't forget Caruso organised a trading halt out of the blue some time ago (connected with oil?) and didn't even give an explanation for doing so. My opinion is that he treats MRC as if it's his own company - shame really, I'm sure he is capable of doing good things for MRC but when will that be?......
hope it's great news, but poor recent track record.
