RE: Request for Trading Halt – GXN, GXNOA, GXNOB
In accordance with listing rule 17.1 we hereby request that the ASX grants a trading halt on all Global Metals
Exploration NL securities (“GXN”, “GXNOA” and “GXNOB”).
The request is due to the imminent announcement of a major acquisition of a project in the graphite market in
Tanzania.
The trading halt is requested until Friday August 31.
When the announcement on the acquisition is made the trading halt may be released. The Company is not aware
of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
