Aotea, no-one knows about the full York deal yet. Management keeps saying they will inform us and haven't been able to provide full disclosure due to confidentiality.
I personally made it known to Ian Benning when I met him at Noosa, and again on a phone call to South Africa about a month ago, that the lack of clarity stank to high heaven as far as I was concerned.
He said he would be addressing that at an appropriate time, and I'm hoping that will be once they have got control of the assets, ie when they have the funding sorted.
The company has said on several occasions they did not "double dip" but we are yet to see them spill the beans, and I for one am not letting go of this until I get the answers, because it goes to their credibility. Just need to wait for the full answer.
