My money's on #1, MM. The damage of another lost tender would just about finish us off. How could they raise capital on the back of that? They couldn't. This will have been set up so that a successful bid would trigger SI's/Insto's to have the confidence to put up the money to fund the roll-out. Can't see them putting up money for any other reason. I know I wouldn't.
