Bern, Maybe the capital raising price will be influenced by the tender decision? It's hard to say if the tender has been awarded or not but TZ did say at the end of August that it had been invited to bid on a number of parcel related tenders some which will be announced "shortly". So I assume it is one of them. At least we haven't seen a suspicious surge in volume prior to the trading halt so on that basis I reckon the tender award hadn't been awarded at the time of the halt. Who knows with TZ.
