re-reading this, I don't think the tender decision had been made so capital raising is independent of the tender decision. It will be interesting to see how much for. Eg. a $3m raising is 20% ish of the company at the moment.
Seems a little off that less than 2 weeks ago TZ release the end of year financials and only state that capital raising might be required (by using the stated "if required". Fairly obvious less than 10 working days later that it was.
