Anyone thinking banks will relax their covenants has no idea of how banks operate, dream on!
More likely trying to get a placement done on the cheap,they can place up to 15% of shares on issue at discount to last closing price.
This would placate the banks and buy time.
If IO price remains where it is they won't be around beyond 2013.
