    Hi Tebley,

Last night's Q1 response to the 1/11 queries by the ASX were sent from JP's office in Perth, under his signature, and at 16:53.

That does not mean that JP and the other Directors are not in Hong Kong, or that ATC's response to the ASX query was not signed by JP earlier in the day and then left for faxing to the ASX after market close.

It just simply means that there are still more unanswered questions, including as to the nature or extent of the news to be announced (particularly, as the Corrs letter suggests that the announcement is to be made during the course of today).

All things considered, Yanlin may still be correct with his assessment. But then, the question of market /media engagement comes to mind (ie: as to just how well ATC is attending to this part of the equation).

Simply issuing ASX releases will not bring about proper or effective shareholder engagement. Making themselves available to the media, to analysts, to shareholders, etc, however, will take them some of the way.

So, to further your line of reasoning Tebley:

Why leave Australia in order to make a significant ASX announcement which is intended to be positively received, but which will receive limited media /analyst coverage in Australia tomorrow, or over the weekend due to the non-availability of in-country Directors?

Having said that, I will now wait for the announcement to be made.
