Good point re the trading halt seals and thanks for the other posts. Clearly not UCL then. Makes sense though if Marwarid or Twynam buy sandpiper and UCL then drop their bid. MAK then concentrates on Wonarah.
The question then is: if MAK ends up with a bucket of cash from this, what value would the market place on Wonarah?
The share price at the moment only reflects the value of one of these assets. Will selling one unlock the value of the other? Or will the market continue to heavily discount the non-cash assets?
