Seals - the sp of both coys has been depressed largely due to the agressive takeover attempts by both coys and the uncertainty it created. If MAK gets $$$ for Sandpiper then the sp should increase as they will have some $$$ and clear focus. UCL sp should also increase if the buyer of Sandpiper is a UCL friendly buyer. Whilst there may be some dillution to UCL shares as they move forward the coy is, in my opinion, currently well under priced.
