If what you have posted is correct then kudos to you on your analysis but also kudos to Ikin for vending in the other 20%. With EQH holding 100% of Oyabi, it will give them an amazing amount of flexibility going forward if and when they look to structure a deal.
As you so correctly stated, Ikin is not renowned for giving away charity unless he is the ultimate beneficiary, so we will have to see how this deal pans out. If your first assumption is correct about the deal than it would seem there is definitely a second part to the deal brewing. I agree that if the deal is as you surmise, then EQH is probably good for a 50% move from current levels before Ikin pulls the next rabbit out of his hat.
