There are a lot of uncertainties about investing in Nigeria.
Kogi State currently has no House Assembly
Kogi State and many parts of Nigeria is on the brink of anarchy
Kogi State has flood victims (hundreds of thousands) to worry about
Then there is the rising problem and spread of the Boko Haram into the central and southern parts of Nigeria and widespread corruption in all parts of Nigeria.
It all bodes not well for investment in any parts of Nigeria in my opinion.
These are my views of course and you are entitled to disagree with them.
