Deal is good under the market circumstances, hopefully get the resource to a DFS/trial mining stage, and potential to expand JORC complaint resource base, to solidify BML foundation with a tangible asset. Would have like to have seen some upfront cash, they are running on a tight budget at BML to maintain salaries etc. even $500k would have been well received. The CEO and director have a significant share holdings so they will try and minimise any dilution.

Drill in the ground, that is what we needed, let the drill do the talking! We should have a good flow of results in the medium term.

Like the discussion about the land holding which BML will maintain at 100% around these areas. $4M for 30% bought values the company around $13M, a bit more than this given other leases say $16M weren't entered into. The woes of the market are really holding the MC down... so much potential... drill in the ground, in a cash conscience way.... so good. :-)
