It's an underlying value to market value re-rating. What the market will do, I have no idea. I'm certainly slowly accumulating every now and then as part of the long term plan. In terms of chasing it up; sure I'll buy on the way up if I'm interested in accumulating more at a given level assuming it doesn't overbuy.
