    WestSide Corporation Ltd (WestSide) has received an indicative proposal for the acquisition of 100 per cent of its shares and requests that its shares (WCL) be placed in trading halt pending release of an announcement containing further details of the proposal.
    WestSide expects to be able to provide details of the proposal by close of business today, Tuesday 20 November 2012.
    WestSide is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
