This proposed aquistion is all well and good but they will need to do a capital raising to fund it. There is no hope at all ,of directors attracting more investment into this until the next Shockrounds prototye is shown to work effectively. Then and only then, can I see them having a crack at due diligence on this SAT technology.
It's interesting to note they mention how much substance abuse cost's business and that is US $75-100 billion in the US alone, but they don't say what the revenues the SAT system has pulled in or expect to pull in. There is no doubt it is a huge market to tap into but there too many unknowns to get excited about it just yet. However its nice to know they are thinking ahead by adding more synergistic avenues of revenue.
