Lookiing at it from the dilution side, $38M at 9c per share equals 422M shares. That would dilute our holdins by nearly half.
Good deal I say. This is looking good, but still need to wait till Friday before we can be sure of the deal John has done. I'll give him the thumbs up thus far.
