i would imagine that we cant lose our 50%, even if someone came along and offered mega bucks for it - we dont have to sell, the same as we dont have to buy the WEG 50% if we dont want to.
I'll hazard a guess WEG are divesting some of their 50% to a third party.
Consideration could either be sript in PLV or cash.
