I don't think so Dakook. I think a smart company would raise capital at the highest point in the shareprice.

If they were expecting it to go upwards anytime soon then they would raise capital with a higher price, meaning more money.

Personally I don't think any news will be around the corner on the court case, only that they raise enough money to start drilling, get rid of ASOF, and progress with our aforementioned goals of progression in Asia and the business of flogging coal.

Maybe once we become a positive company with cash flow we will finally hear the results of the court case and propel us into new heights. I think my story is a better outcome, for us to stand on our own feet and become powerful, rather than rely on the court case to 'save' us in the short term.
