Why ask ctr they did not make the comments.i cant understand why people think the sp is being held down.its not.is commonly called supply and demand.uncertainty is keeping the sp down.once they release completion of the cr and have funds and the release of flow rates.who cares who the cr went too.if its at 2 c buy on market in the morning so you dont feel you missed out.a certain poster here is only trying to cause s... iI would be near certain he would not have the 15 k to participate if it was issued to retail holders at .02 and be the first to complain why not just buy on market.there is a clown in every stock and am happy to see ctr has not missed out on theirs also
