Samkos i would be near certain 95% of brokers in the top 10 firms have not heard of ctr,the remaining 5 % would get there arse flogged for reccommending it and the occassional fool like my self who buy it,my brokers only question was.why the f... Would you want to buy this.there is no volume or interest for big boys to play with.looking at the trading history 10 or 20 k a day would not interest a broking firm to play games with.
In regards to your question i think broking houses have a lot to do with buying and selling as its quite hard to trade without them
