With few buyers and sellers heading for the doors I think PF should seek a trading halt on Monday pending an announcement that clarifies how the company intends to live up to the statements that it recently made to the ASX.
In that response to the ASX the company claimed that it was "well positioned" to raise capital through its talks with "institutional and sophisticated" investors. It also said that TT-034 was "planned" to go into clinical trials by mid 2013 and now we all know that is not going to happen until late 2013 at best; unless you define commencement as making a submission to RAC.
At least a third of us want to have a shareholder meeting, so where do we go from here?
