I agree fully with your post. But so as not to be a paper tiger I think the person representing shareholders must be seen to have shareholder support with at least 5% of the company or he/she will not be taken seriously as they have no clout.

The next moves would appear to be (1) set up a gmail account and publish this on HC. (2) interested parties to email their shareholding and contact details to this account (3) the parties then to elect their representative and agree a budget (4) agree the fairest way of dividing the budget between members.

If there are insufficient parties as in (2) then this could be a killer factor.

If there is concurrence on this approach, and I would hope Maxine would provide input, then we need a volunteer to start the ball rolling. If there are no volunteers I would be able the set up the email account and consolidate details and to act at collation officer but you, Hoyland, or Maxine would be far more suited to talk with PF.
