Hello Hoyland, the answer I got back from PF regarding ongoing funding and a general statement be made to reassure shareholders is "we are aware of our responsibilities regarding management of the company's capital" and in relation to delays in the work program was "We are progressing the HCV program with the best advice from our CRO".

I will give PF credit for responding in a timely manner but its an arrogant responce and does nothing to address shareholder concerns. Just reinforces my view PF should be research director not MD.

I fully support calling a shareholders meeting and 5% shareholding will be required. I currently hold around 1%. I recognise that persons might not want their holding advertised on HC and it might pay to set up a temporary GMail a/c where interested parties can send sensitive information.

Something needs to be done about the BOD's arrogance and their treatment of shareholders like children and with disdain.
