    Who requests a Trading Halt and then fails to issue an announcement during that halt?

    I have only know this once before when a company I had shares in had to request and extra day from the ASX. Normally companies are pretty much ready to rock and roll by the time they make such a request. I can only think that management have be reading HC and decided to act even though all the documentation necessary for the announcement has not been signed.

    Maybe we will see the ASX announcing an extension first thing tomorrow?
