I may have done it wrong in my head but if they only want 9 mill how about a rights offer. 30 Mill Shares at 0.30c. Not quite 300 mill shares on issue. but for example a 1 for 10. Sweeten the deal with an attaching free option at 60c for some future funds to help pay the bills when P3 is a success (fingers crossed) or something. surely the current shareholders are keen enough to fund it and keep it in house.
