I think the board also own a lot of stock, so they have not made themselves any friends. I personally will be voting for middlemas appointment in spades. Can't believe we can get him. He has a record and the share price is rising on the news regardless of an upset shareholder. It was trading at a discount to cash before this. Why would anyone want to stop the stock going up. I think the shareholders are already sending a message if u ask me. Maybe the minority shareholder is surprised the stock is rising. I think they are just allowing us to buy cheaper stock than we would normally.time will tell. dyor
