AVA is now on the road to the standard EGM process. This looks straight forward to me. The current management invested $8m and sold the asset for $20m plus another potential upside of some $10m if it hits 3m oz of gold. AVA still have 1.2billion tons of coal and the net has several articles about how the rail lines to service the coal areas are seeking bidders. I reckon the board are very solid and the over all game has attracted someone like Middlemas. Wonder if he can extract some real value for the coal asset? I also assume that something new will be delivered to us shareholders to ponder once he gets elected? You can buy a whole lot of loven with $21m bucks in this market. dyor.
