The rail line is the missing link. I reckon AVA's 1.2billion ton resource might be worth more than zero when this gets ticked off. The Indians have already been stumping up major money to buy in these coal fields. Dont fforget that Ava is looking to produce coal for a local coal plant as well. It's not entirely dependent on a rail line. The rail will increase the scope of the market though, and increase the value of the resource. I reckon they will get lots of knocks on the door once the rail sees commitment. It would be funny if they sold the coal deposit off for a similar amount for the previous sale.. $116m. I am sure they will get the chance to sell it for a decent price over time. I reckon someone like middlemas is just the guy to extract the max amount of bucks for it as well. Dyor
