I am as bewildered by this capital raising as everyone else exberliner1, especially after my conversation 2 weeks ago.

VOR have $2.5 million currently, so why raise cash now, and before the drilling results?

Why not raise cash in the Northern Summer, when prices are normally higher (or should be, with good drilling results).

I wonder when this decision was taken, and was it a spur of the moment one?

Either way, at the moment, and until we get some clarity, I am looking at it with some suspicion.

If this is a rights issue, there will be some dilution. It might then make the previous announcement appear like a deliberate trigger for a pump and dump, when we were lead to believe they knew nothing about the P&D..

I hope there has been nothing disingenuous here.

I think it best and fair to reserve my judgement, and leave any criticism (or praise) until after the release of the capital raising announcement, and the release of the latest drilling results.

However, I must say that I am getting a little tired of the ASX listed companies that are associated with Garrison Capital.
