Callandput it must make many posters chuckle reading your posts. You've obviously "befriended" JB as naive investors have been doing for years. Its been very expensive for them and not just in terms of money. Your posts are just like Mykala, however you spell that. He appeared to lose not just his money but also sanity as JB kept promising news that never came, or, when it did, had flaws in it. Who could forget Mykalas mysterious "i feel news close" posts. Like he had a crystal ball or something.

As for this halt. Well its just another with these guys. Why halt all the time? They have been negotiating for many months. A jv or something wont be a shock, just announce it! That last halt was the worst, ridiculous.

Interesting reading Coal of Africa's reporting today. That is the company CCC has always aspired to. They have
8.8 billion tonnes of resources, including 90% of all assessable coking coal and 10% of all SA coal resource. They also have massive infrastructure. And yet market cap is down to $140m! Interestingly they are finally looking to sell their thermal coal business. (As Siakat had recently suggested they should).

Its worth reading that presentation, even just for the bit on ZAR based thermal coal prices on page 13. http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130315/pdf/42dq436btbxg8p.pdf. You also need to check the accounts though to see the unsustainable cash burn that is pushing the shares down.

As for pending news. If its dewitt or bots as you say, I can't see it making much difference myself. Unless it provides some cash for the holdco, it doesn't help the underlying problem for shareholders much. Although, I suppose if it pushes the stock up, it will help them to get this stock sale approved. They are very good at promoting a story. No one disputes that. However, I still don't think even they can pull off an open ended approval to sell another 20% of the company. But they have surprised me before though with their imaginative methods of selling stock.
