I agree with most on the site. If hanlong can't complete this time, then just terminate the arrangement immediately.

Our SP is now not far from the lows it would have fallen to if hanlong was gone.....so they might as well go.

Still think China wants this resource but its starting to look like they don't want hanlong involved.....maybe direct involvement from a SOE.?

Either way , this recent saga could now bring the matter to a quicker resolution with Plan B ( if it exists ) in the works along with the SOE.

Look on the bright side people, if hanlong is gone...that is almost a small victory in itself.
